T.V.L. specialized in shipping agency, ship chartering and freight forwarding businesses in the early days. The professionalism and service quality of shipping agency have been affirmed by many domestic and foreign ship owners. T.V.L. has been the general agent of many ship owners in Taiwan, such as KOREA MARINE TRANSPORT CO., Ltd. (KMTC) in Northeast Asia, the well-known SINOTRANS CONTAINER LINES CO., LTD. and NINGBO OCEAN SHIPPING CO., LTD. in China, and EMIRATES SHIPPING LINE in Central Asia. T.V.L. has also been awarded the "Excellent Shipping Merchant" medal by the government, creating a new page for Taiwan's shipping industry. 

T.V.L. established T.V.L. MARINE CO., LTD. in 2013 and returned to the ranks of ship's owner and management. In addition to one passenger ship T.V.L. Wealth, the group has ordered 5 container ships in succession since 2013. The total container capacity is about 6200TEUS. One ship after another, T.V.L. endeavors to increase the number of self-owned ships, in the hope that the long-term ambition, a fleet like a great wall at sea, will be accomplished one day.
