Trans Vantage Shipping Agency Ltd. (hereinafter referred as TVS) was established in April of 1988. The main business of TVS are: shipping agencies (liner as well as tramp services), ship brokering and chartering, ship chandlery and other relative investments.

In May of 1992, TVS was appointed by KMTC Line as their sole agent in Taiwan. KMTC provided a regular liner service between Busan, Taiwan and Hong Kong in . the beginning. In view of its punctual schedule, save and frequent sailings, fast transport of cargo and reasonable ocean freight rate offered, KMTC has obtained very good reputations and then quickly extended their services to China,Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Persian Gulf ports etc. Currently KMTC regularly offers 16 sailings to South East Asia and the other 16 sailings to North East Asia monthly. As an agent of KMTC, TVS has assisted the Liner to set up their beachhead in Taiwan and got goodwill in the market for both the Liner and the agent itself. TVS deeply believes that as a good agent, one shall always keep in mind of his loyalty to the Principal and well performing his duties of husbanding of vessels and securing of cargoes. And because of this kind of thinking, TVS was again appointed as the agent of Shanghai Jin Jiang shipping Corp., Ltd. in January of 1998, when they commenced their liner service between Taiwan and Shanghai and TVS has also managed a regular liner service between Taiwan and South China.

TVS was rewarded by Taiwan Government as one of the outstanding shipping agencies in Taiwan every year.TVS has nearly 120 staff members in the company.

TVS also established his own branch offices in the main ports of Taiwan to provide a comprehensive service to its clients and perform his full duties to the representing lines.
