HISTORY :
In order to meet the requirement of the incessantly growing business of TVL Business Group, Sinotac Shipping Agency Corp. was established in 1998. At the initial stage Sinotac was set up to act as agent for Sinotrans Fujian Group Corp. But later due to the business expansion in the wake of representing Sinotrans Container Lines, Sinotac has become a pretty outstanding shipping agency ever since. Sinotac is a young shipping agency with only a few years of history, but as one of the members of the TVL Business Group that is consisting of more than 550 staffs here in Taiwan, the resources can be used by Sinotac as our back-up force is really enormous.
ORGANIZATION :
1. Sales Dept.
All the salesmen are young and energetic and majored in the shipping business in the college. Aggressive sales activity, initiative working spirit and enthusiastic service attitude to the customers are the best proof of good performance. Currently we have 12 professional salesmen and 8 customer service ladies in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung office taking charge of the inbound and outbound sales business.
2. Operation Dept.
One captain, one chief mate and other staffs in Taipei head office with more than 20 years practical experience to take care of the routine operational matters for the container and the conventional vessels. With 8 assistants in Keelung, Taichung and Kaohsiung port office for operation and container inventory are the guarantee for the most efficient and smooth operation.
3. Documentation and Communication Dept.
In addition to 3 computer experts in the Communication Dept. there are 10 staffs handling the inbound and outbound in the Documentation Dept. The professionalism in Communication Dept. and the utilization of state-of- the-art computer system will provide the parties concerned with the fastest and precise communication and documentation.
4. Accounting Dept.
Five staffs taking charge of the jobs of Sinotac are capable of dealing with the routine and the extraordinary special cases through their professional knowledge and proficiency in the accounting business.
SINOLINES SERVICE IN TAIWAN
Currently Sinolines has provided 5 sailings a week to and from between Shanghai port and Taiwan including Keelung, Taichung and Kaohsiung. Moreover there are 2 sailings a week on Taiwan – Ningbo corridor and one voyage on Taiwan – N. China including Dalian, Tianjin Xingang and Qingdao.
Sinolines also offers Chinese inland points service through barge, truck and railroad transportation covering Yangtze River ports such as Kunshan, Suzhou, Wujiang, Wuxi, Chengdu, Nanjing, Nantong, Zhangjiagang, Wuhan or other major cities / ports like Beijing, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Yantai, in N. China.
Sinolines has also provided a weekly service from Korea, China and Taiwan to Australia.
In addition, Sinolines has launched a new service between Fujian Province and Taiwan. We name it as “FTS & FTS II Route” which calling Fuzhou, Xiamen.Jiangjin and Taiwan.
